It's crazy, this man had what most people would call "everything" But still struggled with his thoughts like I do! And he lost his battle. I have realized through the many years that the best way to deal with thoughts you may have; of harming yourself is to surround yourself with people that you can just be real with. I went on a deployment for the Army, before going I thought this is horrible; after it was done I found that I now had literally more than I could count of people who I could be real with and would have my back, and I would have theirs. Don't ever give up or give in, sometimes we forget how many people we have a good impact on and don't realize it. 🫡💪🏻
